’From Ashes to Ember’ rests in the gentle tending of the threshold between inner and outer worlds; rooted in the multi-medial, exploratory space of creative expression, and the physical journey of actualization. My work is like a quilt, sewn together with the thread of intention: create spaces where the body can emote and exhale, the heart can open and express, and something ancient can rise to the surface: truth.

Whether in the Acorn Temple nestled beneath a mulberry tree in northeast Minneapolis, on the dance floor moving through carefully curated ecstatic dance floors, or through experiencing creative offerings: my gift is one of creating sacred containers / art that provokes embodied listening, liberated expression, and profound transformation.
